well that depends on what you want to do with it
I'd say try to focus abit more on the tonal aspect of it. Maybe give the skin abit less harsh blocky shading, like abit more variation between the shades (i guess possibly abit more blurry in a sense, or depending on the colouring style, just give more shades inbetween the shades you have there)

Not sure what is going on with the face and that lightness of it. Is there some sort of shining light on her face, or is it just a bright light source on her face? if so you need darker shadows under her hair and on the side of her cheek.
If you want you can work on the tatoos to make them look more like a tattoo rather then a painting on her arm. well there are a bunch of ways to do that, mainly draw the skin on, then after maybe give your brush very low opacity, use a hard brush, and just do kinda like full shapes of what the tats are...

the shading on the clothing is nice, but on that black wrist band its abit unknown as to the material of the wrist band. think of what type of fabric you are colouring and maybe even go and find that fabric and see how light reflects off it.

Theres tonnes of ways to asses a picture. You should try it on your drawings when you are done and see if you like the whole thing or if there are things you want to change. And don't be afraid to go back into your pictures once they are "done" theres always something to do

Techniqualy i don't think you need to change it at all. Maybe think of the things that i said and try to focus on things like that in your next pictures.

Wow thanks for the intense comment. I'll keep watch you side in mind for the next time. It funny cause I was doing the wristband and I gave up cause i didn't know what to do for it. BTW Its suppost to be leather XD. New Mission Start: must get better are painting.
